The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 99.99% uptime, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterruped or error-free. We reserve the right to perform maintenance or update the platform architecture at any time.
You agree not to use NQR for the distribution of malicious software, phishing, or any illegal content. We monitor the network for high-risk patterns and reserve the right to disable any QR code that violates our safety standards without prior notice.
